That time we became friends with a Benedictine Monk (originally from Holland) who then spent the day showing us the Abbey.
We even got to feed the Monastery's chickens.
Before we meet Joseph, it was lovely and Moly even found a butterfly which she was both heartbroken over and excited about.
But getting to meet Joseph and spend the day with him and tour with the Abbey was absolutely incredible.
