Well, a dinner like this would have never worked in a restaurant. But we are so glad we had a Chef come to the house and serve a delicious 5 course meal with wine pairings. It lasted about 4 1/2 hours and the kids hung in there for the duration. Sure, there was a mid-meal obstacle course run - but they were great, conversation was lively and the food was delicious. Plus, Elena (the chef) even cleaned up.
