Lilly announces "hot!" (minus the "t" sound) anytime the sun is shining on her. Despite it tipping out at 83 degrees here on the island. In the car today she exclaimed this so I offered her my hat- she pouted her lips and nodded yes.
Then this fussy cuteness followed.
